Shipping Costs

Free Delivery: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over £79.
Standard Delivery: A shipping fee of £6.99 applies to orders under £79.
Once your order is completed, you will receive a tracking link with all the delivery information.

Express Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within 1–3 days, provided it is processed before 12:00 pm on the day of purchase. All deliveries are carried out by our trusted courier partner, DPD.

Shipping Guidelines

To ensure a consistent and reliable service, we follow Herbalife’s Standard Operating Procedures. The following guidelines apply:

Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 12:00 pm on a working day are generally sent to the warehouse the same day and are often dispatched immediately.

Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after 12:00 pm are forwarded to the warehouse on the next business day and are usually shipped that same day.

Dispatch Time: Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours after being processed, provided it is a working day.

Please note that orders placed during weekends, public holidays, or at the beginning or end of the month may be subject to slight delays.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. We advise reviewing all order details carefully before completing your purchase.
